David and Jason do excellent work they are totally concerned about you and getting to the aches and pain to go away. I'm amazed at how much better I feel awesome job David and everyone at Excel physical therapy! Many thanks David for taking time to reach out to me and getting this process started
While the PT itself was great, unfortunately, they over billed me and now I must wait 30-60 days for any sort of refund. Be very careful giving them any money until insurance has processed everything. Edit to add: They were able to expedite my refund and process it within ~6 weeks after the initial overcharge. I have no problems with the staff locally, they are great. However, their billing policy (by their larger corporate office) and still unacceptable and hopefully will be amended in the future
