Nikki Kimball is the only reason I can run today, after chronic overuse injuries and acute ankle damage had sidelined me for years. I cannot recommend her highly enough for lower body and run-related issues.
Excel PT is a great PT company. Therapists are very knowledgeable and caring and address your therapy on a personal yet professional level. I highly recommend their PT for help with injuries and general wellness.

Initially, they weren’t able to get me in for over a month from the time I called, but they kept me on a cancellation list and were persistent.
