A couple of months ago, I began having severe lower back pain and pain radiating down my left leg. My primary physician gave me a prescription for physical therapy. I had previous experience with Jake Costello, and I found him again at Athletico. He was very thorough in assessing my issue and developed an exercise routine for me. I should say that I was entering the Athletico facility using a walker.
