We had been seeing some rodent activity over a couple months and were unable to get it under control. Frank come out on an emergency weekend call and he did an amazing job reviewing the entire apartment and area outside for potential entry points and gave us a detailed assessment/explanation of how to handle our rodent problem. I am so grateful for Excel Pest management. They are so quick to respond when I reach out. And best of all is the great customer service from our Tech Davie. He is always so kind, responsive and professional. He answers all of my questions with great knowledge of the trade and has been super helpful since he started working with our apartment complex.
