I had been a patient of this particular office for years and years. I reduced frequency as I my rehab was done after my surgery. I moved recently and didn’t get any billing sent to me. I had an episode once and tried to see them but they told me they would not take me in as my dues were pending. They didn’t make an appointment but I paid my dues. Brian Stinson helped me avoid rotator cuff surgery due to his rehab skill with my arm almost two years ago and now I’ve returned for his help in strengthening my arm after elbow replacement surgery. Excel is the greatest.
