I have gone to Excel Physical therapy on and off to rehabilitate various injuries including a chronic arthritic injury since May 2023. I’ve loved all the staff members I interacted with here! I recommend my local community to Excel Physical Therapy whenever I hear about an injury. Thank you to Sarah Hale, Laura, Maria, Jess, Wilson, Stefania and the rest of the friendly and comforting staff!
I heard many good things and read the good reviews so I had high expectations of this place. Unfortunately they fell short. First of all while you get 1 hour, the actual PT spends maybe 15 minutes with you. They book 4-5 people at a time so the PT is running between multiple people and it's a disservice to everyone. You're then handed off to an assistant, who is just reading exercises from a paper and has no clue. You are then doing your exercises and nobody is monitoring you, not the PT not the assistants.
