Honestly, I’m very disappointed with my experience. This was my first time calling to schedule an appointment for my mother-in-law, and the phone assistant, I believe her name was Jay, hung up on me twice. It was frustrating and unprofessional, especially as a first-time caller simply trying to make an appointment. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience was not a good one.
