I have around 10 years of travel nursing experience, and I recently reached out about an offer from Excel for the first time. I spoke with Leigh Tracy, and she has been excellent from the start. Imagine being super excited, calling in to book your first shifts with the company and the employer has the worst attitude possible. I wanted clarification of the clock in/out process and I was told to read the information again before I could book a shift . Very unprofessional, and very discouraging.
