Dr. Zamora really listened and made good recommendations of things I could actually do to improve my health. And she has taken great care of my kids too.
I have been seeing Dr. Zamora for over a year. About 3 months ago I called to get my test results because I hadn't heard from her. I have called several times. I even went by the office and left a note with no response whatsoever. I finally had to move on and change doctors because of her lack of response.
I have been a patient of Dr Zemora’s for about a year and all of the sudden neither her or her receptionist is returning my emails. When I call her business line that’s listed on her website, another business answers (they have Indian accents) and says that number is their new number now. I wasn’t given any warning that she was going out of business and I’m in the middle of my treatment plan with her. They keep sending me an invoice from last year that my insurance explicitly said they would cover. They have no online payment portal and refuse to answer my calls with questions about the issue.
