Been going to Excell Nails for 15 years. I was in Hingham Ma. With my Daughters and had my nails done. When I went back to Excell Nails she asked me who did my nails and I told her. When it was time to Pay she charged me $10.00 more because I had my Nails done somewhere else. I was upset because she never said anything until I was done. I have been a good Customer and when they said they want Cash I brought Cash - I think that this is wrong..I will not go Back.
Very disappointed with this place. Lack of staff & skill. No time management. You have to wait to long and then they will start on your hands and leave you sitting while they do another person's nails. Didn't even allow time for my shellac to dry properly. When I left every fiber known to man was sticking to my nail Polish for the rest of the day.. very pushy about making sure you pay in cash. They have set up an atm inside that they ask you to use that charges you. Looks like I painted My nails myself.
