Hello everyone, on March 13, 2025, I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper with 60,680 miles that was supposedly in good condition. Unfortunately, I took it to the shop for an oil change, brakes, and other basic repairs. It turns out the engine has water in it. Today I went to speak with the owner of Exel Motors. He knew the car's problems and still sold it to me, which was very dishonest of him. He said he wouldn't take responsibility. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! 0-10 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! SCAMMER!!!! Marshall Quinton sold me a car that is over heating and I hadn’t had the car 24hrs… more specific it I’ve over heated with in two hours of having the car. I even told him when I test drove it and came back to the office and he reassured me that it was fine… it is in fact not fine! I also brought up a smell (which was regarding the over heating) and he completely dismissed what I said and only offered to spray stuff to help mask the smell but the car is just filthy!!... read more
