Amazing service in the Parts department with Olivier. He went the extra mile to get me my part.
I had a couple of repairs done there. The waiting time for the parts was as they had indicated. They initially forgot to order a few additional parts that needed replacement along with the part I ordered, but they got them quickly within a few days. There was a minor billing error regarding the hours, but when I reviewed it with them, they corrected it immediately. No one is perfect, but they did their job well and professionally addressed what had been missed. I highly recommend them — fast and efficient service.
Call this dealership because they had the only bike I was looking for. I live in a different province but they made it easy for me to get this done. Although I didn’t end up taking the bike, the care and professionalism they showed me needs recognition. I will definitely be contacting this location in the future if I have the need.
