Ahmed is a super mean:) trainer! He makes me do when I think I’m done! This is what I pay for! Someone who knows what to do and doesn’t let ME decide what I don’t know! He tells me what and how to do the exercises and he expects excellence. I’m seeing results in the mirror!
Best trainer in Charlotte. I was not a “workout” person before I met Ahmad. His energy, enthusiasm, and knowledge made me excited to workout. Plus, I am seeing the results!! I used to hate going up steps…now I run up them!! Give him a try, you will be thankful you did!
