I’ve been trying to chase him down now for nearly a year, with no luck at all. He got me for 5 grand! Don’t let this happen to you. This guy DOUG PUCKETT is a class A, number 1, CROOK. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been working with Doug for over 7 months trying to get my building. I have paid over $7,000 in a deposit and i'm pretty sure its gone. In the beginning he was very responsive, towards the last two months when I started to put pressure on the situation he stopped answering my emails.He shipped me brackets 2 months ago and thats it. After i ordered my building, signed the paperwork , and gave the deposit I received my building when Doug said it would arrive. The red iron building had no missing parts and went up without delay or problems. My metal building has withstood a F1 tornado and it did not move so I only had to clean the dirt off afterwards. Therefore I am completely satisfied with both Doug and my Excel Metal building. Thanks for the great job, Doug!
Please whatever you do, don’t buy from this place! Doug the owner will get your deposit and disappear. Was very helpful and positive until he received the down payment and I haven’t heard a word back from him since. Wish I had googled the company and checked reviews as they’re all negative. Any positive reviews I believe to be fraudulent and made by the company to further defraud customers.
