Very professional technician.
Randy (the technician) has come over twice now for preventive maintenance checks this year (in the Spring and now in the Fall). He is very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems and very thorough, not to mention he is on time and courteous. I strongly recommend him and have appreciated all of my interactions with Excel. Note that 2x/yr preventative maintenance is included in the annual contract (along with reduced rates for service calls).

Recently had service performed on my gas heating unit. Calling for an appointment could not have been easier and they were able to schedule me very quickly. It wasn't an emergency, rather a needed cleaning and maintenance to ensure the unit was working properly. Jake was the tech that came. He actually called me a few hours prior to my appointment to see if we could move up the time a little bit. YES!
