Randy & Miguel, did a great job servicing my system. They were clean, courteous and efficient.
The young tech, Randy, was courteous and professional. We would be happy to have him back if we need someone.
Randy did my maintenance and he was awesome! He’s come by a few times and he’s been great each time. He checked everything over thoroughly and has fixed a few issues already.

Randy (the technician) has come over twice now for preventive maintenance checks this year (in the Spring and now in the Fall). He is very knowledgeable about the HVAC systems and very thorough, not to mention he is on time and courteous. I strongly recommend him and have appreciated all of my interactions with Excel. Note that 2x/yr preventative maintenance is included in the annual contract (along with reduced rates for service calls).
