This is the first time using Excel for transportation to our hotel and from the cruise ship terminal during my vacation to Alaska. The 4 of us found that both drivers from Excel provided exceptional service—they were punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful with loading our heavy luggage. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, adding to the overall enjoyment of our trip. I highly recommend Excel and will definitely use them again in the future.

Safe smooth driver. Good vehicle
I used Excel 3 times while in Vancouver over 4 days. To and from airport, and also 3 hour ride through Vancouver. Howie was very accommodating to any changes that came up. Drivers were all excellent, professional, and knowledgeable. Everything was perfect, and they were punctual along with sending updates. I would never use anyone else when I am in Vancouver. I booked a van for airport pick up to our downtown hotel. The team was very responsive, especially when I informed them of a 2-hour flight delay. The driver Sebastian was very helpful, vehicle was in great condition and Sebastian even gave us a little tour of the surrounding areas of our hotel. Thanks for the good service!
