I cannot say enough great things about this place. My son has been going since the age of 5. He is always so excited to go and get a workout in! Coach J and Coach Mario are the best! I tell everyone I know about excel and post the videos and pictures every week. the workouts change every week to focus on agility, speed, strength as well as coordination. It is a magnificent program to help your kids with any sport or just to get some energy out and good body movements in!!!!
Coach Mario and coach James are true professionals. Every workout is different but still keep it fun for the kids. My 9 year old loves to come to workout and I’ve seen an improvement on his endurance and agility. Highly recommended.
