Good service
Everything was great except the sales lady made me uncomfortable. The way she acted was like I was being deceptive. I'm the type of person who sees what I want and buys it. And she was acting like I was using a fake card or something ??But as far as the purchase itself , I'm in love with it! I bought it for my bday, which I've never done before and it is beautiful!!
We were very impressed with the service we received from Excel Jewellers. Ziggy was very helpful and professional, and she offered us great, honest advice about fixing and resizing our wedding rings. Our rings were resized, checked, and polished beautifully, and the job was completed quickly. We also spoke with the jeweler about cutting off and resizing my bracelet, and he was very helpful, too. I must say that the amazing people at Excel have exceeded my expectations again! I came in with a very treasured piece of jewelry and I almost cried when I saw how beautifully they cared for and fixed it for me.
