These jewellers are a joke. I wish I got a name but it was an older lady… I went in to get my bracelet purity checked, they didn’t have someone to use the xrf machine and i asked her if this is gold and she said “just by feeling it it’s a base metal it’s too light” I did tell her it’s hollowed but apparently it’s not real because it’s hollow… so I went to jacks pawnshop who had someone able to use a xrf machine and it was 18k gold.. don’t come here they have no idea what there talking about.

Great experience. I popped in years ago and when it was actually time for me to pick my rings I went back. The service was exceptional (Ziggy was my sales person). And she helped me narrow down the ring I wanted, and got it for a better price! Love it!
Got my watch batteries changed. The technician had left son-in-law my watches there. They were promptly done next morning.
