I am an independent professional medical interpreter that have worked frequently and extensively with Excel interpreting. Let me start by saying that the staff is kind and helpful. However, the very few times that I have interacted with the managers and supervisors that work here were very AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL. I have done at least one or two jobs per month for a year with Excel. The 2 times I ran into an issue during the jobs, I had to report it to Excel Agency managers.
