If I could give Excel Homes zero stars, I would. Buying our first home was supposed to be one of the happiest moments of our lives — instead, Excel Homes turned it into a long, frustrating nightmare. We took possession on December 21, 2022 at 4:40 PM, and the condition of the home was shocking. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just bought a home 2months ago in Mahogany worst quality homes compared to other builders. We've been asking to complete the grading to past 2 month, we received nothing but reasons. This builder only care about money, once your house closed that's it. You are not even allowed to check your house defects even though you are paying, whatever the construction manager things, it's a defect they will only fix that . You will see curved baseboard all over the house but it's not fixable as they call it "... read more
