We recently purchased our home in Edgemont through Excel Homes, and I want to highlight what an amazing experience it has been. They are very well informed
I was given a construction managers phone number by the office to deal with the construction crew starting as early as 6:15am. I was told by the manager that I should “just deal with it” as it is an active construction site and “not to play the gender card” when I told him it would be inappropriate for me to tell his crew to not make noise outside of the bylaw times. I am shocked at how inappropriate this conversation was by management. Don’t deal with this company directly-just call bylaw!
