Recently bought a refurbished Line6 HX stomp online and couldn’t be happier with the condition! All it needed was as a firmware update and I was playing away. Arrived in original box, all for a great price. Definitely seemed too good to be true initially, but very glad I gave it a shot. I will certainly be keeping an eye out for your sales in the future. Stellar customer service. Had an issue with a refurb item and Gary went out of his way to sort out a replacement.
Initial user error on my behalf, all be it quite a tricky issue with interface display. The guys at Excel Hifi were quick to offer solutions, failing that, the onsite technician Andy worked his magic and got it running perfectly. Kevin was great to deal with, even through in a few extra cords for my trip, and a complimentary offer of coffee/tea (which I politely declined). Fired the unit up properly when I got home, and it's working perfectly. WOW, the sound is massive, probably a slight overkill for the room, but I love it.... read more
