I wish there was a way to rate higher. Honest, competent, experienced, prompt, fair, and skilled are the best words to describe Blake and my experience with him. No comparison with my previous experiences with his competitors. Thank you Blake for a great job, a fair price and an overall great experience on the major repair of my Carrier furnace.
Blake exceeded our expectations, came out on a Sunday morning to repair the furnace. He is very knowledgable and answers any of our questions. This is not the first time we needed his valuable service and would not consider anyone else!
My furnace stopped working on Christmas day and I called Excel heating whom I had used in the past. I must say that a professional job was completed. He was here in 2hr. Being on a holiday one would not expect. I highly recommend this company for heating and air conditioning problems or replacement. Has all the parts needed for Carrier furnaces.

Finding an honest heating and AC specialist can be hard, but Blake at Excel is the real deal. I've used him since 2016. He is prompt, does meticulous work, and explains everything clearly. Most importantly, he never tries to pressure you into buying things you don't need. He's earned my trust completely, and I'll be hiring him again when it's time to finally replace my 20-year-old furnace next fall.
