We recently had them install a heat pump system with LG Art Cool Gallery AC units on the second floor of our home, an area that’s struggled with proper cooling due to our builder significantly undersizing the main HVAC system by 3 tons. I was very happy with the experience I had with Excel. I called after normal business hours on the weekend and was dealt with promptly! Paul, the technician came right on time and immediately found the issue with my air conditioner. It was a quick fix for this experienced HVAC man, who then offered to check out the rest of my system. After his work and intuitive maintenance check, everything was back in perfect working order! Polite , prompt and professional service at a fair price. Highly recommend!
Furnace died on a very cold night, we woke to a cold house. After a call to Excel, Paul came and fixed us straight up! We are so thankful. Second time use with this company, highly recommend! Paul gave us A1 service! THANK YOU
Did an AC install for me and serviced for 8 years. When the compressor failed after only 8 years, the company and the owner specifically ghosted me—would not return calls to buy a new AC compressor. Needed to find another company. Just rude—an immature and unprofessional end to an 8 year service relationship. Cannot recommend.
