The office manager penny is aggresive. She won’t give messages I have for the doctor to the doctor. Also for the walk in side, I had an appointment and still had to wait 45min.
Dr. Iessa is 10 out of 10, highly recommended. However, the front desk is terrible. I would give zero stars to the front desk. Have left phone messages, never a call back, and sent emails with no replies. Phone calls result in waiting, demeaning messages or denial of service (great care for those seeking health care).
I am always satisfied and happy with the service provided by the Excel Health Clinic. I needed to book an walk in appointment as I was feeling sick. The staff booked me in right away. Dr Abdurahman Ahmed was very attentive, knowledgeable, caring and friendly. I had two appointments with him and I had the same attention and care. I want to thank all the staff and doctors for providing such excellent service. I highly recommend Excel Health Clinic.
I have been waiting on a referral for a sleep specialist. I was told to call in if I had not heard anything after a week. I call in, nobody answers. I wait to listen to the 2 minute (!!) greeting and it says 1) we don't check voicemail followed by 2) leave a voice mail but we don't respond to walkin health questions. It also says 1) go to our website to book appointments and 2) we only book appointments via referral. This message then loops, no ring tone, no phone tree, no answer. So I go to the website. Dr Tikriti is a good dr and has a lot of different treatment options. The clinic itself seems to be running a bit better lately but don't have high expectations for wait times etc
