I want to share my experience with Dr. Amr Dewidar in the hopes of helping others avoid the harm I experienced. I came to him in severe, ongoing physical pain, clearly describing symptoms consistent with H. pylori infection. This is something I’ve researched deeply and am suffering from every day. 1 hour waitng for a booked appointment?? how you want to take care of people's health if you don't do the basics. Left without seeing no doctor. Don't book your appointments there.
I love this place, but I sure wish they'd pick up the phone when I call, because it seems I can never get through. Also the online booking seems to be broken.
Booked an initial appointment over a month ago. Dr Dewidar was an hour late. This clinic has zero respect for the patients time I left and will never return!
