The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, I was concerned about the overall hygiene of the salon. I had requested bangs, but unfortunately, the length and style of the bangs didn’t work out for me, and it felt as if the stylist lacked the confidence in executing the cut. I would not recommend this salon considering the charges, the quality of service and lack of hygiene.
Excellent customer service and relationship
I’ve been going to Adam for the last five years, and I can’t recommend him enough! Every single visit has been an amazing experience. He has a true talent for understanding exactly what works best for your hair, and he always makes sure you leave looking and feeling your best. Adam is not just a skilled stylist—he’s also warm, professional, and genuinely cares about his clients. Whether it’s a fresh cut, color, or just some advice, I always know I’m in great hands. Five stars every time!
I had a wonderful foils, cut and blowdry at Excel. Adam was great and really took his time. My hair looked lovely afterwards. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and attention and thank you to Adam. I am definitely going again.
Very experienced and friendly staff. My hair is difficult to cut right, but it was no match for Jamie. She did a wonderful job, and I totally love my new haircut. I've found my new hairdresser
