Does not treat employees well. Shows favoritism and can't get anyone on the phone when you leave to get anything corrected.
Only speaking as an employee. I guess the morale depends on the sight. I've seen some excellent workers get geared like expendable dummies at the SNF site in Louisiana. Plus retaliation is the thing there. They don't practice open door policy even though they say they do and when you go to HR nothing is anonymous.
