Evelyn in the office made it so easy to book and confirm and was so helpful even with all our changes. Joe was a safe and friendly driver. He got our son and friends to their homecoming and back home safely. He showed up on time and was easily accessible when I reached out to him during the waiting period between drop off and pick up. Excel Fleet Inc is an exceptional limo service. They are responsive, considerate, provide detailed information and provide great customer service overall. The limo driver was amazing too. I rented a limo for my son and his friends for homecoming and the driver was very responsive to my texts, provided updates, and went over the itinerary in detail. He was very respectful and professional. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again!
