Initially walked into this gym wanting to do the 7 day trial but ended up signing on to be a member that same day! Love this gym, it has everything you’ll ever need if you’re a bodybuilder with the added bonus that’s it’s open 24 hours! My partner and I are nurses so our work schedules are all over the place so 24 hours for us is a must. Love this gym ! It’s always clean and well maintained. Has tons of equipment to choose from and also really like them having a sauna in each locker room. The staff is super cool. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and genuine. I drive from the Arden Area bc there isn’t any gyms that compare to Excel. Definitely one of the best around — highly recommend! 💪🏽

This gym is well-equipped, offers 24/7 access, and provides all of the essential facilities. In that respect, it deserves recognition. That said, I am compelled to rate it 1/5 because of the consistently unprofessional conduct of the staff and the unnecessarily hostile tone of its social media presence. I absolutely love this gym! The staff is so friendly always saying hi and bye, they have tons of equipment, so many random pieces that the average corporate gym doesn’t have. They’re always adding in new pieces and surprising their members. I’m so glad I found this place coming from an in-shape city. Plus I got a month free by showing them that I left my previous gym and going over to them.
