I’ve been training with Mark at Excel Fitness Center for the past four years, and the experience has been truly transformative. Over that time, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance. Mark designs each session around my goals and adjusts the workouts weekly to keep them fresh, challenging, and engaging. Both Mark and Kristi create such a positive, supportive environment! I have been training with Mark and Kristi for 8 years. In so many ways they have simply made me a healthier person. At age 62, I have never felt so good physically and mentally thanks to their expertise, thoughtful preparation ahead of every session and encouraging demeanor. I've been training with Mark and Kristi for 20 years. They customize your workouts to meet your specific fitness goals. Most recently, 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and they developed strength bearing exercises that have reversed the condition. Most importantly, they are terrific human beings!

Kristie’s Beta program changed my life in the best way possible. Since the program I participated in was virtual, Kristie provided video demos and encouraged me to take videos of me doing the workouts to ensure that I was doing them correctly (as to avoid injuries). I never would have thought that a virtual workout program could make me feel so inspired, not just to work out, but to kickstart a healthier way of living.
