Sad to find out Misty and Billy are no longer working here. They were very sweet and always very helpful. Never had a problem with them at all. We had our payments arranged with them and everything was fine. Now I am getting late fees at the normal time I make my payments now. Very disappointed to see them gone. We loved coming in there to make a payment because they were so friendly and got to know their clients.
I am giving a 1 star because Misty and Billy are no longer there, which were my wonderful loan ladies I have known for years. the first payment with the new people was applied to the wrong person then they sent me the other customers info(scary to know they gave out another customers info). The new managers will not call back after several voicemails,It was extremely stressful to know my money was not applied to my account with none to fix their mistake.
