Made a settlement,paid as agreed and have never received paper work saying was paid and when reporting to Credit Bureau, they stated I made a payment and the amount they show is not even the amount paid.! Five times I have spoken to the office and Jennifer says she will pass to her Supervisor. This company is lost. They never have all the correct info on your loan. I'm always on the phone with them to fix their mistakes. It has been nothing but hell with excel. If you see excel on your loan paper don't sign it!! Don't just walk away run!! I have loans with Harley, gmac and canvas. With not one single problem but excel their is a problem ever 30 days. The make and model, payment due date ect. My loan was sold to them now it's a nightmare!
