I was hoping to give this company a try after being referred by a trusted family friend. I scheduled an estimate with Excel Fencing & Decking, and they came to my home on Tuesday, 6/17/2025 at 2 PM. Two professionals arrived, presented themselves as knowledgeable, and took detailed measurements and a drawing based on exactly what I was hoping for with my decking project. This is the second time we have used Excel for a deck and we also added a black aluminum fence which turned out awesome for both jobs! The staff is friendly and very easy to work with and the crew is top-notch! They cleaned up everything and the fence and deck look absolutely amazing! We could not be more thrilled with the results! Highly recommend!

I wanted to have a new deck built off the back of my house and I got so much more than a simple deck from Excel. Tom was genuinely excited for my deck project and he came up with the idea of turning the underneath of the deck into a play fort for my 5 year old daughter.....something I would have never thought of but that makes so much sense since I live in the city and don't have a very big backyard. I needed a deck built in my backyard, so I went online and found Excel. From the start, the communication was excellent. Thomas took care of everything — he was professional, understanding, and really listened to what I wanted.
