I have been banking here over 20 years
I have repeatedly received conflicting information from customer service regarding my account, and employees often seem unfamiliar with their own bank’s policies and processes.This has made managing my account unnecessarily frustrating . Took me a week just to open a bank account despite having all the required documents. One person is responsible for that and when they are not available nobody knows how to do anything. This has just left me in a position to question if this bank provide enough to justify the frustration?
Why did yall move ugh ! Now I'm going out the way to make a deposit. Peachtree midtown address was better
