I would highly recommend you visit Excel Family Optometry for your vision needs. Initially, my husband and I were nervous about going to get our eyes checked during this pandemic, but Dr. Nguyen, Sylvia, and Leslie made the experience very pleasant. The office was very clean and you can tell that the place was sanitized frequently. They had a tray for you to place all glasses that have been tried on, so they can sanitize them thoroughly before putting them back on the display. Our entire family has been coming to Excel for 4 years for all our eye exams and glasses. The last few years we have noticed a decline in their quality of lenses and frames and have slowly been buying from other companies while still getting our eye exams here. Our last service was a last minute need for new lenses in sunglasses due to a change in prescription. Very few glasses selection of glasses to choose from. The store is very slow in making glasses. It take forever getting the glasses. The normal lenses are very thick. I have to return my first pair as the lenses sticks out from the frame. My overall experience with his store was horrible. They're are trying to make money from every possible way.
