This place never answers the phone or returns calls. Also, the frames are overpriced. Order your frames online and then order your lenses there if you have to.
Great office! Runs on time, Dr. Nguyen was so thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. At no point did I feel rushed. They also were very helpful picking out frames. The office is very nice but not so over the top where I start to wonder if the fees I'm paying are going towards paying off equipment, etc. Overall great feeling, great staff and great doctor, highly recommend to anyone living in the Chino Hills area.

I would highly recommend you visit Excel Family Optometry for your vision needs. Initially, my husband and I were nervous about going to get our eyes checked during this pandemic, but Dr. Nguyen, Sylvia, and Leslie made the experience very pleasant. The office was very clean and you can tell that the place was sanitized frequently. They had a tray for you to place all glasses that have been tried on, so they can sanitize them thoroughly before putting them back on the display. Our entire family has been coming to Excel for 4 years for all our eye exams and glasses. The last few years we have noticed a decline in their quality of lenses and frames and have slowly been buying from other companies while still getting our eye exams here. Our last service was a last minute need for new lenses in sunglasses due to a change in prescription.
