Terrible dentist office. I am a physician myself and have never encountered such unreasonable front desk. I left the practice as a result and will find a new dentist. I hope other patients are not treated this way.
My teeth gum felt pain in the morning, and I called the clinic front desk. The front desk booked the afternoon appointment right away. After the X-ray and CD scan, Dr. Daniel Surmont diagnosed that it was the root issue. Dr. Surmont is so professional and patient, answering every detailed questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Surmont to everyone.
