I had PRK surgery from Dr. Ricks 7 weeks ago and I could not be happier with my results!! Dr. Ricks patiently and kindly answered all my questions and concerns. The day of surgery went so smoothly and I couldn’t believe how quick the procedure was. His staff was also very friendly the entire process. The office & surgery center is clean and orderly. My recovery went seamless. It’s truly a miracle to me to be able to wake up and see! I’m so so happy with my decisions to get this done and I’m so glad I went with Dr. Ricks!
Had an unknown problem with my eye- Dr. Schmutz quickly removed a piece of metal that had been stuck in my eye. Quick, easy, painless and probably the best experience I’ve had in regards to eye care. Would highly recommend! Extremely kind staff, as well.
I am in my 30's, and had begun to lose my vision due to the emergence of cataracts and my bad astigmatism. Dr Loveless is INCREDIBLE. Having Karataconus, it was always hard to find a good prescription for my vision but Dr Loveless has nailed it. He takes the time to make sure I feel confident in my vision clarity and overall eye health. He has given me a lot of good eye lid gland relief recommendations and taken the time to help educate me to the level that made sense. He is fun and truly full of joy whenever I see him! He truly cares about his patients.
WARNING DO NOT allow this company to do any surgical procedure on you. They deformed my face (Dr. Conley Call) and refused to do anything to fix it. Eventually discharging as a patient and forcing me to find another Dr who was willing to fix it. If you have any issues, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Todd Cook at Utah Valley Eye Center. He is the absolute best.
