The doctors are absolutely amazing My experience with them was excellent. Truely thank you so much to both the surgeons. But one of the receptionist is very rude and has attitude, does not listen to any questions you have about a simple booking, and answers back with attitude instead of being friendly.
Dr David Rowe did my son’s adenoids and tonsils procedure, and the whole experience was absolutely amazing. From the first consultation to the follow-up, he was calm, reassuring, and explained everything clearly. My son recovered so well, and we felt supported every step of the way. I’ve already recommended Dr Rowe to so many people because of how professional, caring, and skilled he is, i can’t recommend him enough. Truly grateful for the wonderful experience.
I found the staff all to be so caring and helpful. No messing around with multiple appointments costing a fortune. They were direct and honest.
