The initial call to schedule was very professional they understood what they were coming out to do had all the details organized. Scheduled my appointment promptly and the technician as perfectly on time and was clearly proficient and experienced and resolved the issue promptly. Prompt, courteous, and very thorough service work on our A/C system. Although the tech didn't have the correct part to complete the repairs, he did thorough diagnosis to find the problem. He has completed repairs as scheduled. Work completed repaired A/C system making it better than the original installation of the system had done, to lessen the possibility of future part failures. Excel HVAC company is the best! Definitely will be using Excel again next year for maintenance of the system!
