It’s 9:45 PM. We get a call from our rental tenant that their electricity went out, so they called EWEB to come out to help. EWEB told them they needed an electrition to repair the meter base as it was extremely hot. We did a Google search for emergency night electrition, and found Excel Electric. We called and got in touch with Chris. Chris immediately stopped his family time, packed up his van with parts he’d need for our meter and went out to do repairs at 11:00 at night!
