My mom’s outlet caught fire and melted itself and the fridge plug. Excel was available the same day to come out and replace them! My mom said the electrician was very nice and professional. We’ll definitely use them again!
Called excel electric to install in a new circuit for a brand new induction cooktop. They actually came out the same day for an estimate appointment and the estimate came back lower than I expected so went forward to schedule the service appointment. Was surprised to get an appointment in just a couple days. John came out to run the new line under my house and up into the kitchen for the new cooktop. These folks were amazing. I called a few other electricians for an emergency electrical issue and everybody else was either unable to get anyone out for a week or more or were collect payment immediately. Excel got an electrician out the next morning and then sent a bill giving me plenty of time to pay it. In this day and age I expect very few people, like myself, have a spare cash reserve that can handle an emergency electric problem so being able to give it a week or two to get paid was truly a godsend.
