We have always had good service with our emission testing. They did notice an oil leak that needed to be repaired. We are scheduling that service to be done soon.
This shop provided a frustrating and time-wasting experience for a simple oil change. Despite scheduling the appointment a week in advance, and arriving 25 minutes early, the service took an unacceptable 3.5 hours. Upon arrival, I was met with unwelcoming looks as the shop wasn't technically open yet. (They manually turned on their open sign) After signing in and stating I would wait nearby, I returned 45 minutes later to find my 2017 Sprinter 2500 untouched. Excel Diesel is top notch. Stone and his guys are always honest, straight forward, and informative when my truck is at his shop. Thank you guys for continuing keep my truck in tip top shape
