Great knowledge got my car back on the road ASAP
We were in a bit of a tight spot when our van suddenly lost its AC belt… we initially thought it was the alternator. Thankfully, Rob quickly took a look and immediately diagnosed the real issue. He was incredibly kind, honest, and helpful. He explained what had happened (the idler seized), gave us clear advice on what to do next, and got us back on the road in no time. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and willing to help out without hesitation. Thanks again, Rob, you really saved the day!
Arranged for Robert to complete a few tasks on our Lexus, namely brake calipers and automatic tailgate struts. After work was completed, he tested and all was satisfactory. Notably, Lexus quoted $3400 to replace automatic struts. Robert has completed a few jobs for now and all at a very reasonable cost. A very approachable mechanic.
Rob was fantastic, conscientious, communicated well and priced the work accordingly. Will use his services again.
Another 5 star review for this legend. My beloved BAMvan went to Rob for some much needed repairs and investigations into some ongoing issues. He went over her from bonnet to butt and figured out so many of her quirks. He fixed some long-standing problems and helped me establish plans for future maintenance. His invoice provided a detailed report of the works completed and recommended. He also provided numerous photos to show me what he'd done and diagnostic reports relevant to my repairs.
