I came here back in 2021 and feel like I owe this business a proper review. I got a big dent in my car door either from vandalism or someone trying to break in. The dent was right on a body line, and I was told by other body shops that PDR was impossible and that the door would have to be replaced. I took my car here, and Excel Dent removed the dent for a fraction of the price of a new door. My name is Mike Allard and a couple of years ago Gustavo and the wonderful staff of Excel Dent saved my holiday season. After neglecting my vehicles falling apart bumper they we're able to repair, paint and get my vehicle back on the road in just a couple of days. Had my car repaired here after a hail storm and they did a great job. They were very upfront with the process and what to expect. They worked with the insurance company to take care of everything that was needed. Even when things did work exactly to plan or when issues arose they were straight forward and worked to resolve them quickly. I would recommend this group to work on your car.
Gustavo and his team did a fantastic job pulling a very deformed dent out of my car. The metal was deformed in multiple locations and the metal had become very weak. Gustavo and his team are the pinnacle of PDR expertise and we able to get it back to factory quality. They also went through the taillight to pull the dent which I really appreciate as they put the forethought into using the least invasive method possible.
