worst body shop every! a 2009 nissan quest was dropped off for repairs in april and till this day they have not been able to finish it off, owner keeps giving us the run around saying it will be done in a day or two or that he needed to order more parts. This has been going on for 3 1/2 months, and today he said it would be done by 3 pm i went to pick up the vehicle and saw that they had not finished the repairs, cant even drive it needs rear tires and the inside panel still need to be installed and the tail light. Very pleased with the outcome of my situation. It’s never good to have to take your vehicle in for body work, when there is an accident involved. The process with Excel, namely Hector, made it much easier. They took good care, from the beginning. I’m very appreciative of all the little details that went into my experience. I would recommend!
