had a great experience. We had a couch, stairs and primary ensuite done and they looked great. We had another company do our couch a few years ago and were really disappointed in how it turned out so we weren't optimistic with excel BUT they did great and the couch looks like it has new life :)
I have used the Carlsons for about 20 years, at least once a year. They have cleaned carpets and upholstery for me. I have never once been disappointed. They are prompt, personable, and hard working. I hope they never retire!
First time using their service. I am very pleased with the outcome of my carpet. There was some pretty bad stains from a chair in my grandson's room that I didn't think would ever come out. This company made the carpet look brand-new. I highly recommend this company. Professional and quality work. Thank you Excel! S. Carlson
