I wish I could give 10 stars! Ryan went above and beyond today with my very soiled and pet stained carpets, and my large sectional sofa. My carpets look better than ever, and everything is fresh and clean. Truly fantastic service and highly recommended!
This morning Excel Carpet Cleaning came out to our house to clean our 9 rooms of almost 40 year old carpet. They had not been steamed cleaned in a long while, (the last time they were cleaned, it was with a dry carpet cleaner.) After investigating the best method for deep cleaning very dirty carpets, I discovered that hot water extraction or steam cleaning was the best method. Scheduling with this company online is very easy. Calling is fine too - but it’s nice to see the options. They do a great job on our area rugs, and our 20 year old Berber carpet look fresh and new. We’ve had pet stains to deal w/ every time they’ve cleaned our carpets, the spots are gone. We really appreciate the work they do. We’ve used them for 4 years now.
