On time, courteous and truthful about spots on carpet in our new (to us) home.
I had my bedrooms, living room/dining room, mud room, basement stairs and two rooms in basement cleaned. The carpets are old and worn. I am satisfied with the results.
Initially I spoke with Stephanie to discuss what services I needed and to schedule my appointment. She was wonderful to deal with, pleasant, informative, very helpful. Jamie was the man that performed the work and he did a great job. He was polite, asked if I had any questions as he showed me what he was going to do. When he was finished he asked me is everything ok, do you have any questions, is there anything else I can do for you? You have two excellent employees, great job.
