The gentleman who cleaned my carpet(Kevin)was very personable. He did a good job, leaving the carpet clean and fresh-smelling. My only concern was that I expected the company to use their own water since I was told they had truck-loaded equipment. I think he said there was some kind of problem with his equipment and he needed to use mine.
Easy to set-up, always keeping me informed, Kevin knows his business and did an excellent job.
From my first call to this company, I felt welcomed and cared for. Scheduling was easy and the appointment reminders were very helpful. Chris was very professional and completed a job of cleaning our kitchen, laundry room and master bathroom tile. The floors came out better than I expected. Pricing was fair and so worth the cost. We will certainly be using this service again.
The Excel team always does a great job on our carpets. We have two aging Bengal cats that are not very kind to our carpets. Excel takes care of that for us. Our carpets are 20 years old and look brand new when they leave. They are prompt, professional and affordable. Highly recommend!
