I have used Excel Carpet cleaning last year and this year. I was very pleased with the service, and they did a great job cleaning my new carpet I had installed one year ago. I had them do the steps that had not been cleaned properly over the years they cleaned them last year and this year and they really look great considering all the dirt and grime the carpet had accumulated. They are always on time and very professional. Do not hesitate to give them a try you will be happy you did.

Didn't do a good job cleaning one area of my bedroom carpet (high frequent) and stated that they would return to touch up, and never stated that I had a two week window until AFTER I notified them two weeks after the window to come. I was on vacation. The owner NEVER responded to my email and NEVER came back. I would not recommend this company for the poor customer service. I will be sure to share the report city wide. I too am a business owner and this is definitely poor service.

Carpets look absolutely amazing. Staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful and were able to fit us in within a couple of days. Very happy, will use this service again. Thanks

Exceptional company. We moved out of the home we were renting. I had a concern about a stain that I was unaware of underneath a rug. They were able to remove the stain. The carpet ended up looking brand new. I highly recommend supporting this locally owned company.
