Great except. I had to clean my car next to ignorant woman with her rap music blaring out obscenities, attendant came out and asked her to turn it down, to which she completely ignored him and kept on. If I wanted to deal with that crap, I'd go down Kurth drive to wash my car.
I took my car to have shampooed and detailed. My seats and carpet looked great, but NOTHING else in my car was cleaned. My steering wheel was sticky (I had made a mess, which is why I took it to have clean), my dash wasn't cleaned, my seatbelt wasn't touched at all. For the price and tip, this was an absolutely awful job! NEVER GOING BACK!
Excel Express Wash cracked the windshield of my brand new car. They are claiming it is not their fault. The windshield cracked within the car wash. I immediately went to the office. The employee said that they would check the video when the manager returned. The video shows that there was not a crack when I entered the wash. Very economical but the services provided are sloooooooooooow. For a wash and a detail I was there 2 hours.
