Great except. I had to clean my car next to ignorant woman with her rap music blaring out obscenities, attendant came out and asked her to turn it down, to which she completely ignored him and kept on. If I wanted to deal with that crap, I'd go down Kurth drive to wash my car.
Excel Express Car Wash cracked the windshield of my brand new car. The windshield cracked within the car wash. I immediately pulled over to the office. The employee told me they would review the video when the manager returned. They looked at the video that clearly shows my car entering the car wash without a crack in the windshield. Excel Express Wash cracked the windshield of my brand new car. They are claiming it is not their fault. The windshield cracked within the car wash. I immediately went to the office. The employee said that they would check the video when the manager returned. The video shows that there was not a crack when I entered the wash.
