We have used Excel Business Systems for decades and they have always given us the best service ever! I really appreciate Mark and his team. They are super responsive, professional and always happy to help. We've now had our copier for 3 years and have never had a major issue. When we need help, they are quick to handle our needs. The copier that we were sold has been perfect for our agency and handles all of our needs. I highly recommend Excel Business!
I was having issues with a previous copier company, and thankfully I did not have a crazy contract. So after their company sold, I switched over to Mark and his gang at Excel, and the service couldn't be better! They have gone out of their way to take care of us, and when our copier broke down and was doing crazy things, they were out that day to look at it, and had it back up and running by morning before business started.
