I would give zero stars if I could. I entered into a contract with Excel builders to add a bathroom to an existing unfinished space. They had full access to the space and many opportunities to inspect and measure it. I informed them multiple times over the course of 5 or 6 meetings that it was a tricky project and a prior contractor had already failed because his design did not meet MPLS building codes. We had an excellent experience with Christine, Trent and the entire Excel Builders crew! Our project was a entire main level remodel with a focus on a new beautiful kitchen and pantry- and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
