A big thank you to Liam at Excel Body & Health who helped with the assessment and treatment of my sports shoulder injury. Liam talked me through the assessment and diagnosis process which end helped me understand the injury. He talked me through the treatment process week by week which helped me understand how the injury as healing and what I could do to assist. An amazing professional. Would recommend him to anyone!

The best osteopathy! Easy to make bookings, lovely staff, a clean environment and proactive to make me achieve better health. I have been with Excel Body & Health practioners for over 6 years! My previous practioner retired after 40 years of service. I travel a lot and use similar health services, but Excel is where I fit best. Highly recommended!
Very happy to have Physio Daniel leading my recovery from injury. He has a plan and direction clearly defined and explained. The gym is well equipped and always clean. He and his ancillary staff are always very pleasant to interact with. Very happy to highly recommend.
